History
HCC was originally founded in the year 1974 as “Houssam Commercial Establishment” a company specialised in civil works. The same year it was awarded by the Riyadh Water and Sewage Department a contract for the design, installation and maintenance of a network of water pipes in Riyadh.
HCE became in 1988 a limited liability company under the name “Houssam Trading & Contracting Company” (HTCC) in order to expend its contracting and trading operations to construction and maintenance of buildings and external telecommunication networks.
In 2010, Saudi Technical Trading Company Ltd. (STTC) bought HTCC in order to benefit from its knowledge in the frame of governmental projects in the areas of Security, Telecommunications, and IT installations.
In 2012 STTC and AIRBUS Defence & Space, a worldwide leader for border security, defence electronics, and secured telecommunications, joined forces and HTCC was rebranded as HCC to create a state-of-the-art expert in Installation, Supply Chain, and Maintenance of complex IT and Telecommunication Systems.
Today HCC is the exclusive contractor for the Installation, Supply Chain, and Maintenance of the Saudi Border Guard Program and TETRA Network of the Ministry of Interior.
